Watermelon Carrot Juice Recipe

  • 8 Large Fresh Cleaned Carrots
  • 3 Large Rindless Watermelon Wedges
  • 1 Large Fresh Mint Sprig (Optional Garnish)

Preparation instruction

To begin you will first need to take out your juicer and plug it in.

Next thoroughly wash and rinse your eight fresh carrots under cool running tap water. Moving along, next wash and rinse your watermelon, then cut yourself three large rindless wedges.

Obviously you will want to then cut your watermelon wedges into long thin slices, to ensure that they fit into your juice machine.

Now that you are ready to begin juicing, place a tall glass under your juice spout, and start feeding your produce through the machine one by one.

If you want more or less juice then this recipe calls for, then you'll want to adjust your proportions accordingly. Once your juice is done, take out a swizzle stick or teaspoon and give the juice several stirs until the taste is even and consistent.

As an optional garnish place a fresh mint sprig or lemon wedge into your glass.
